Export to Openlayers Plugin: no background maps?

Hi all.
I'm testing the plugin, and I cannot see the background maps on the output page (they
are shown on the preview though). I see this has not been reported as a bug: is it my
local problem?

I think it's related to local files ( more info
<https://github.com/openlayers/ol3/issues/1729> ). Can you please open a
bug?

What datasource types did you test?
