Hi all,

With the 6th QEP opened for discussion, it would be about time to finish QEP 1
first?
As I understand the proposed process [1], Nathan should ask on this list for
voting to adopt QEP 1.

By the way I'm not sure if it was ever officially mentioned that Nathan is
the official QEP manager as voted by the PSC[1].
